TOS800 (Material alternative to steel) Achieves hardness of HRc58 through frame hardening Ideal for cutting tools for high-tensile steel plates and draw components (alternative to tool steel) Established surface hardening technology for ultra-high-tensile applications FMC casting creates foam models in the same shape as the product using expanded polystyrene, and produces the product by embedding the foam model in a sand mold and replacing it with molten metal. This makes it difficult for burrs to occur, enabling the creation of complex and high-precision products. For small lots, cost reduction is possible compared to wooden mold methods. Cost reduction is also possible with original (material alternative to steel) materials.
